Hi sweet friend — I’m Sara, the tea maker and nostalgia lover behind Sips of Whimsy. My love for tea bloomed in my grandmother’s Alabama garden, where I spent childhood afternoons picking berries and plums, brushing dirt off fruit, and listening to her soft, magical stories. Her cozy kitchen — cinnamon rolls rising, cobbler cooling, caramel dripping from a wooden spoon — still inspires the dessert-sweet flavors I blend today.

I’m also deeply in love with all things 1970s: groovy florals, earthy tones, Merry Mushroom kitchenware, thrifted mugs, and that warm, lived-in charm that feels like home. That retro soul is woven into every detail of Sips of Whimsy.
